Founded in 2015 by Seb Carmichael-Brown, Next Level was born to fill a gap in the digital creator market to provide an accessible route between brands and high quality creators.
Seb is the Managing Director and founder of Next Level. Seb has a very strong background in business and sales and founded Next Level in 2015. His younger brother Spencer (Spencer FC) had started his own YouTube channel that was growing in popularity extremely rapidly and he needed help managing all aspects of the commercial side. With Seb’s prior experience of starting and running a succesful 7 figure business, there was no one better placed to do this and in the success of helping Spencer, other content creators then started reaching out for help as well. Next Level was born and it has gone from strength to strength ever since. Seb has been involved in many huge projects, none bigger than both Hashtag United and The Wembley Cup.
Seb also is a passionate golfer and has his own golf YouTube channel Seb on Golf which has over 140,000 subscribers. This provides him with a unique insight into the content creation world from both a creators point of view and a management perspective, which is extremely rare and valuable.
Daryl is the Senior Talent Manager and has worked with Seb at Next Level since the end of 2017. He is an ex professional squash player and represented England over 100 times winning 2 Commonwealth medals, was a British Champion and won the World Championship with England in 2013.
He has an incredible level of professionalism and dedication that has transitioned extremely well from the sporting arena into business. Typically he works on a daily basis as the direct link between talent and brands to execute successful partnerships and campaigns.
